“As a PRG Team Coach you would coach our youth programs 2-4 days per week depending on experience. Team practice and prep would make up the majority of your time. Your other time at Portland Rock Gym would consist of working with your fellow Coaches under the Head Coach to prepare for each week’s practices and coming competitions, leading feeder programs, one-on-one private lessons for climbing team kids and occasionally some desk work. All Coaches must be available to work evenings and weekends.
A full-time routesetter is responsible for the regular turn over of routes and boulders at both PRG facilities (Portland and Beaverton.) As a full-time setter you will explore and grow both your Routesetting abilities and your work at heights skills each week with an excited and talented crew. PRG will supply you with everything you need to succeed including all of the necessary gear you will need to perform and complete support from our administrative team.”

The best pitches are memorable and spark interest in learning more.”
