Raleigh, NC (July 5, 2023)Triangle Rock Club (TRC) is thrilled to present a captivating flythrough rendering of its upcoming project, TRC Salvage Yard. This innovative venture is part of a comprehensive revitalization initiative for a collection of warehouses conveniently located just minutes from downtown Raleigh.

The TRC Salvage Yard will repurpose an existing building with a remarkable 27 ft clear height and introduce an expansive 8,000 sq ft tall wall area featuring an impressive 47 ft clearance. The facility will boast a sprawling 40,000 sq ft footprint, setting the stage for a world-class climbing and fitness experience.

“We are excited to add a fourth location to serve the Raleigh – Durham market. This new location will offer over 100+ climbing lanes, a spectacular bouldering area with top-out boulders, a dedicated yoga studio, and ample fitness space. The design includes a strong emphasis on connection and social engagement; with some of the best local restaurants & breweries next door to the facility.” shared Mike St. Laurent, President of Triangle Rock Club.

Situated across the street from Raleigh Iron Works, TRC Salvage Yard provides a seamless and walkable connection for Triangle Rock Club members and visitors. While engineering and site work are still underway, we are pleased to announce that we are targeting a grand opening in late 2024 for TRC Salvage Yard.
