The Spot Climbing Gym is looking for an experienced Competitive Team coach to join our Elite Team coaching staff!
Looking for an exciting opportunity to share your passion for climbing and shape the next generation of champions? Look no further than The Spot Gym! We’re seeking an experienced climbing coach to join our team and help us take our competitive climbing program to the next level.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years of coaching experience and an advanced understanding of climbing movement, as well as a proven ability to work with athletes aged 8-18. Our ideal candidate is someone who is able to travel between multiple Spot locations for practice, and is available to coach on weeknights and weekends. As we believe in the importance of outdoor climbing, the candidate must also be available for outdoor trips during the summers.
An SPI and WFR certification is preferred for this position, as safety is always our top priority.
We offer competitive pay ranging from $19-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will work alongside our dedicated team to create a challenging and inspiring training environment for our athletes. This role will start with coaches training and tryouts in August and regular practices will start in September.
