    • Elevating our leadership team’s effectiveness, ensuring they’re aligned with our company values and goals.
    • Achieving operational efficiencies, reducing unnecessary expenditures without compromising our culture or service quality.
    • Adapting and learning our processes, contributing to our growth with autonomy as trust is established.

    You will be consulted for:

    • Strategic planning related to expansion and operational efficiency.
    • Leadership development programs and initiatives.
    • Operational improvements and culture integration strategies.

    You will be informed about:

    • Updates on company-wide policies, strategic goals, and operational metrics.
    • Feedback on leadership development efforts and operational efficiency measures.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in operational leadership and people development, ideally in the fitness or climbing gym sector.
    • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to adapt and integrate into new cultures.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and driving change.
