projectROCK’s mission is to bring a fully immersive outdoor climbing experience to any climber coming into the facility from beginners to veteran climbers from the moment they walk through the doors. We provide a taste of realistic rock features in the gym which has a variety of styles of outdoor climbing as well as flat wooden panels in a variety of wall angles from slab to overhang.

As we are getting ready to open the doors of our brand new facility in Easley, we are happy to offer this Operation manager opportunity  to help us building and developing our climbing community.

Your Responsibilities will be:

–        Provide the best customer service in person, on the phone and by email.

–        Help coordinate daily operations,  maintain a safe and clean environment

–        Assist and train Team members in order to create the best (safe, fun and friendly)  environment  according to projectROCK culture and values, for our advanced, beginner  and youth climbers

 

Our operation Manager must:

–        Be able to work under pressure and fast pace keeping a certain professionalism

–        Work towards strong communication skills with individuals and large groups

–        Understand and believe customer service is everything

–        Must be energetic and enthusiastic

–        Must be neat, organized, and goal oriented

–        Must show “positive attitude and whatever it takes ” at all times

–        Have indoor and outdoor climbing experience
