Climbing Wall Installer: Apprentice, Level 1, & Level 2

Join a dynamic team and build the future of climbing infrastructure!

EP Climbing is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Installation Team as a Climbing Wall Installers.  This full-time, project-based position offers an exciting opportunity to:

• Travel across North America and construct unique climbing walls in various settings.
• Gain comprehensive on-the-job training in the specialized field of climbing wall installation.
• Be part of a passionate team shaping the future of climbing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced installers in constructing climbing walls according to plans and safety protocols.
• Utilize basic carpentry skills for cutting, drilling, and fastening materials.
• Adapt to diverse project environments and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Prior construction experience (preferred).
• Strong work ethic, dedication to quality, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical fitness for manual labor in various environments.
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignments (1 week – several months).
• Eagerness to learn and master EP Climbing’s wall systems.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Basic carpentry tools (battery-powered impact driver, drill, circular saw).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
