Climbing Wall Install Lead & Install Foreman

Lead the construction of unique climbing walls across North America!

EP Climbing seeks a highly motivated and experienced Climbing Wall Install Lead & Install Foreman to join our dynamic team.  This full-time, project-based position offers the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage a team of installers on diverse climbing wall projects.
• Oversee all aspects of installation, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
• Actively participate in installation tasks and manage on-site logistics.

Qualifications:

• Proven construction management experience with leadership, team building, and project execution skills.
• Unwavering commitment to quality and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical fitness and manual labor experience for safe and efficient work.
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignments.
• Eagerness to learn and master EP Climbing’s wall systems.
• Proven ability to work safely at heights.
• Basic carpentry tools and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
