Basin is a brand new rock climbing gym in Waco, Texas. We are seeking a full time Head Setter to develop and direct our route setting program. In doing so, you will play a major role in the development of Basin’s culture, community, and climbing experience. This will be an extremely collaborative process, and we expect you to take part in shaping your own role and responsibilities. We have created a job description for what we currently imagine will compose your initial areas of responsibility, but we are seeking someone who is flexible and willing to grow with the business. Job Requirements:
– 3+ years of route setting experience
Preferred experience:
– 3+ years of staff management experience
– Experience as a head route setter
– USAC Level 2 route setter certification
Compensation:
Full Time Salaried position, 40+ hours per week, 40k+ annually, 6k annual benefits rate to start
