Basin is a new gym opening this summer in Waco, TX, and we are looking to hire a full time Operations Manager to play a key role in setting Basin up for success and directing development of its culture and community. Job Requirements:

• 3+ years staff management experience
• 3+ years customer service experience

Preferred Experience:

• Experience managing a rock climbing gym
• Retail experience
• 5+ years staff management experience

Compensation:

• Full time salaried, 40+ hours per week
• $48k+ annually
• $6k annual benefits rate to start
