With oversight and direction from the Youth Programs Manager and support from Head Setters and Fitness Managers, this role involves facilitating practices designed to support youth climbers in their development as athletes. Youth Climbing Team Coach will contribute to forwarding the goals and mission of the SBP Youth Programs as an integral part of the Seattle Bouldering Project, as well as extend the facility’s reach into elite level performance climbing.”
